“I Want”

I Want.

I want to know Us.

I want to know and kiss every inch of those brown tattooed arms

and know the smell of your neck.

I want to know those hands on this waist and ass and pulling pulling down

I want to know going out together

into that explosion of bliss and empty light

and coming coming back

to a sea of spacious sensation

and satisfied leisurely kisses

And all this “I want” is fearful.

And hidden, in the word,

What is satisfaction?

Only through division

– that unique quality of the conceptual-

can the idea of completion be entertained.

First wholeness must split itself into parts-

shadow and light.

you and me.

and then the dance is on.
