On the 12th anniversary of this recording: a new lyric video.
The song arose through a combination of playing with a #5 and Ramana Maharshi’s “Who Am I”. If you see it live these days, it now has an extended chorus section (Is luck a game that only angels play?…and few have the right to say, lucky am I).

I wrote this at the start of lockdowns, for someone far away- whose name begins with E. It’s about the comfort we can take in a memory (the key of E) while things are rough. It’s draws inspiration from the view of enlightenment.
